General Terms of Sale & Product Return Policy
Rubinokids aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers by offering the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items, in accordance with the timeframes and procedures indicated on this page.
The return request must be submitted no later than 14 days after receiving the items, and the returned goods must be shipped back no later than 14 days after the return request has been made.
Specific Conditions for Product Returns
To return one or more items to Rubinokids, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:
A) All items sold on the Rubinokids website are delivered with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by a single-use security seal bearing the Rubinokids logo. Items must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact. The seal may consist of a plastic fastener with thread or, in the case of certain footwear, a label placed on the sole.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the security seal has been cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with.
B) Returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped to the Customer and must be properly packaged.
D) All other garment labels, whether fabric or hanging tags, must be intact and must not be removed under any circumstances.
E) The returned goods must be physically handed over exclusively to an express courier no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
F) Customers wishing to exchange size, color, or item must initiate the return procedure by contacting our Customer Service and place a new order on the Rubinokids website. Any amount due to the Customer will subsequently be deducted accordingly.
G) Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will entitle Rubinokids to refuse the returned goods and send them back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Return Procedure & Refund After Product Return
If the return is requested for reasons not attributable to Rubinokids, the shipping costs for returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.
For orders placed outside of Italy, returns must be shipped by the customer at their own expense to:

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
Shipment is at the Customer’s own risk: Rubinokids is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging or delivery delays.
Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with equivalent packaging of the same type and standard.
Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal on the outer packaging, safeguarding both the Customer and Rubinokids against any potential tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by the Rubinokids staff to verify compliance with the return conditions and parameters listed above.
Rubinokids reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to restore the returned items to saleable condition. Such amounts will be determined following the evaluation of the returned goods and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the stated parameters, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service and informed, as soon as possible, of the successful outcome of the return request.
General Terms of Sale
By purchasing on the website https://www.rubinokids.com/, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these regulations, indicated as “subject to acceptance” in the online shopping cart.
By purchasing on the aforementioned website, the Customer declares that they understand the characteristics, measurements, available sizes, and raw materials of the product purchased and that they tacitly accept the shipping times and related costs.
Rubinokids reserves the right to cancel an order without further charges to the Customer, issuing a refund in the event of issues relating to availability, price, or the condition of the item prior to shipment.
