Refund policy

Returns are at the Customer’s expense.

To send one or more returns to RubinoKids, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:

A) – All items sold on the RubinoKids website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by means of a single-use security seal bearing the RubinoKids logo. The item may be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact. The seal may be a plastic tag with a string or, in the case of certain footwear, a label placed on the sole.
Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered security seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.

B) – Returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.

C) – Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be properly packed and packaged.

D) – All other garment labels, whether fabric or hanging tags, must be intact and must not be removed from the item under any circumstances.

E) – The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the items, and the items must be returned no later than 14 days after the return request has been submitted.

If any of the above conditions are not met, RubinoKids reserves the right to refuse the returned merchandise and send it back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.


Return Procedure & Refund After Product Return

Once the return request has been submitted to info@rubinokids.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +39 081 18399844, to make the procedure easier and more convenient, RubinoKids Customer Service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the Customer with instructions to follow.
(N.B. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the total refund due. This service is available only for orders placed within Italy.)

Alternatively, the Customer may choose to arrange shipment independently (always at their own expense) by sending the goods to the following address:

 

For orders placed outside of Italy, returns must be shipped by the customer at their own expense to:

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

Please note that items from previous collections discounted by more than 60% are not eligible for exchange or return.




Shipment is at the Customer’s own risk. RubinoKids is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging or delivery delays.
Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or using equivalent packaging and method.

All returned items will be inspected by the RubinoKids staff to verify compliance with the return conditions and parameters listed above.

RubinoKids reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to restore the returned items to a saleable condition. Such amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returned goods and will be communicated to the Customer.

If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the conditions indicated above, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service as soon as possible and informed of the successful outcome of the return request.

In case of approval, the Customer will receive a refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

All shipping costs (outbound and return) are borne by the Customer.

Duties, Taxes, and Returns Policy

Please note that, in the event of a return, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered or reimbursed by our company.

Furthermore, any return shipment sent with unpaid duties and taxes (i.e., “Duties & Taxes to be Paid by Recipient”) will be refused upon delivery and automatically returned to the sender. We strongly recommend ensuring that all shipping charges, including duties and taxes, are fully prepaid when arranging a return.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in delays or the inability to process your return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
