Refund policy
The return is the responsibility of the Customer.
To send one or more returns to RubinoKids, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the RubinoKids website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the RubinoKids logo. The item must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole.
Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) – Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
AND) - The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the items and the subsequent return no later than 14 days after the request.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, RubinoKids reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
Return procedure & refund following product return
Once the return request has been sent to the address info@rubinokids.com or by phone/WhatsApp at the number 08118399844 To make the procedure easier and more convenient, Rubino Kids customer service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with the instructions to follow (NB the cost of the label will be subtracted from the total refund due; the service is only available for orders placed in Italy) or if the customer prefers, he/she can proceed (independently and always at his/her own expense) with the shipment by sending the goods to the address: Via Roma 255, Aversa 81031 (CE).
Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Rubino Kids is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of packaging.
All returned items will be inspected by RubinoKids staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
RubinoKids reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the parameters indicated here, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service who will inform him, as soon as possible, of the successful outcome of his return request.
If successful, the customer will receive a refund on the payment method used during the purchase.
All shipping costs (outward and return) are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders with cash on delivery, an IBAN will be required to make the refund transfer.
Shipping and/or cash on delivery charges will not be refunded.
