Shipping information

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three (3) days from shipment for the GLS carrier, and within two (2) days for the DHL carrier.
European Countries EU (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. In non-EU European countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 3-5 days from shipment with Express Service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next available working day and delivery times vary based on the Carrier that takes charge of the shipment.
Rubino Kids reserves the right to cancel the order without further charges to the customer, refunding them in the event of problems relating to the availability, price, condition of the item before shipping it. 

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are to be considered extra compared to the cost of the products purchased and shipping will always have a variable cost, to be paid by the Customer, in compliance with the weight and volume of the shipment. Shipping to ITALY is free for orders equal to or greater than €49.00 except for further and different "limited promotions" that Rubino Kids may report on this site and to Customers subscribed to the official newsletter. Shipping costs are always indicated during the order process in the online cart of this website.

Terms of delivery

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local office of the courier who delivered the goods and to Rubinokids, by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
Alternatively, the Customer can contact Rubinokids assistance via the "Live Chat" integrated into the website to receive assistance in the shortest time possible.

If the Client refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Rubinokids will be deducted from the refund due to the Client.
