Shipping policy

Delivery times are conditioned by the areas of destination of the products.
ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three (3) days of shipment for the GLS Carrier, and within two (2) days for the DHL Carrier.
EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is expected within three working days of shipment. In non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 3-5 days from shipment with Express Service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day and delivery times vary according to the Carrier that takes charge of the shipment.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs are to be considered extra with respect to the cost of the products purchased and shipments will always have a variable cost, to be borne by the Customer, in compliance with the weight and volume of the shipment. For Italy, shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than € 200.00 except for further and different "term promotions" that Rubino Kids may report on this site and to Customers subscribed to the official newsletter.  Shipping costs are always indicated at the time of placing the order in the online shopping cart of this website.

For orders outside the Italian territory, there are no conditions for which free terms of condition apply.

Terms of delivery
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local office of the Courier who delivered the goods and to Rubinokids, by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
Otherwise, the Customer can contact Rubinokids support through the "Live Chat" integrated into the website to receive assistance as soon as possible.

If the Client refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Rubinokids will be deducted from the refund due to the Client.

For the "Pick up in store" option, the goods must be collected within 48 hours of order confirmation with our CS.
At the end of the 48 hours, the order will be considered null and void and the items returned.
Each order for which the "Pick up in store" option is selected can only be picked up, in a closed box (as per standard shipping), and in no way and for no reason can it be tried on, worn, changed in the physical store.
