Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination area of the products.
ITALY (DDP): delivery is generally expected within three (3) days from shipment with the GLS courier, and within two (2) days with the DHL courier.
EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is generally expected within three working days from shipment.
Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is generally expected within three working days from shipment.
Rest of the World: delivery is generally expected within 3–5 days from shipment with Express Service.
Any additional costs such as taxes, duties, and customs charges both income and outcome are responsibility of the final customer.
Courier will ask for duties upon delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the goods for any reason, all costs (including outbound and return shipping, as well as any return duties or taxes) will be charged to the final customer.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next available business day, and delivery times may vary depending on the courier handling the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are considered additional to the cost of the purchased products. Shipping fees will always vary and are charged to the Customer according to the weight and volume of the shipment.
For Italy, shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €200.00, except for any additional or different “limited-time promotions” that Rubino Kids may advertise on this website and to customers subscribed to the official newsletter.
Shipping costs are always displayed during the checkout process in the online shopping cart on this website.
For orders outside Italian territory, there are no conditions under which free shipping applies.
Delivery Conditions
Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery document.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer may sign the delivery document “with reservation” or refuse delivery.
Any issues or irregularities must be promptly reported to the local office of the courier that delivered the goods and to Rubinokids by sending an email to customer service.
Alternatively, the Customer may contact Rubinokids support through the “Live Chat” integrated into the website in order to receive assistance as quickly as possible.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Rubinokids will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
“Pick Up In Store” Option
For the “Pick Up In Store” option, the goods must be collected within 48 hours of order confirmation with our Customer Service team.
After the 48-hour period expires, the order will be considered cancelled and the items returned to stock.
Any order for which the “Pick Up In Store” option is selected may only be collected in a sealed box (as per standard shipping), and under no circumstances may the items be tried on, worn, or exchanged in the physical store.
